Google pay is mt preferred contactless payment method even over Samsung pay. But in my circle more people use apple pay and cash app . Also wish you could use gpay for contactless on iOS but I know that’s apple being apple

all companies do that. apple ios updates are also meant to keep the tracking to themselves as well, in the name of privacy. it be dumb to think that apple doesnt use those info to its advantage.

I am from India and I love Google pay, we have been using this app for a long time maybe 3-4 yrs or something. Its safe and best. I think this app will take us to the cashless world in future for sure.e.

How is it best, it never works and always ends up showing processing. Phonepe and Paytm are a lot better. Also why does Google want the location of every payment, none of the other apps need that.

    • Salman Bin Ahmed

      May 10, 2022 at 6:31 am

@rantingcat Never works? Always does for me, maybe change the sim to 4G? Also the last one is a security feature. I dont mind it, in fact, the only reason I use Google pay is for its security feature. To each his own, I guess.

1:23 Too bad that when I try to use the GPay app (with the wavy logo), I get the error message “Enterprise accounts are not supported on Google Pay. Please sign in with a personal account.” I guess it’s the old Google Pay app for me until this is fixed.

Send and receive money instantly to and from your bank account to anyone with a Gmail. They killed that for this

Ugh… CNET… why the butt ugly redesign of your logo? That is just plain awful.

  25. Ernie Manning

    May 9, 2022 at 11:42 pm

I used to use Google Pay alot but on the new Gpay app they started delaying that transaction time between moving the money out to your bank account and charging you extra to do it instantly. As it so happens all 3 of my family members that send money frequently to each other all use Zelle through our bank accounts and it happens instantly. Goodbye Gpay.

I found this video educational. I always resisted phone payment options, although I have had PayPal since 2001. My Pixel 6 Pro supports it so I’ll give it a go.
