So, Google bullied influencers into marketing their phone for them. I find in interesting that they claim their phone is superior, but couldn’t even handle competitors alongside their phone.

By bullied you mean they hired a third party marketing company who specializes in social media. The company was giving away free phones in exchange for exposure. That was the deal. You can have free merch as long as you become a brand ambassador. Now people turning around complaining they have to be a brand ambassador, something they agreed to sign up as… after they already grabbed all the free merch.

You think all the celebrities and athletes walking around in expensive merch from one brand are doing that because it is the only brands they like? No, but it is part of a contract where they get free stuff in exchange for exposure. They are professionals.

These amateur social media clowns dont want to honor their end. They think companies just want to give them free stuff for no reason, and the contract they signed was just for giggles.

Just clown unprofessional social media scrubs who dropped out of middle school… signed a contract to be brand ambassadors, grabbed all the free ambassador gear and then suddenly no longer wanted to be ambassadors. The contracts they signed was just for giggles and people should just give them early access and free stuff.

I haven’t read the exact words of the agreement, but I think there’s a difference between “Don’t mention specific competitors” and “Don’t compare us to other phones”. It’s possible to say “Other phones offer better value” or “Other phones offer better ” without mentioning specific phones.

Even Kamala has been busted buying influencer political support. If she’s willing to pay a YouTuber $150 to say something nice about her, imagine what she pays Hollywood. Same energy here.
