Already pre ordered. Have the 1st one and love it but the screen is to small and 60 refresh is too slow now. Worth the upgrade with trade in special. I also have the Fold 2 but not upgrading as there want that much of a difference for me. Waiting until next years model where maybe the integrate the pen into phone like a Note.

They charge top dollar for a phone but give you less. And then for a contact phone you pay top dollar and get garbage service yet prepay gets better everything Verizon is at the top of the pile of trash and then att, t-mobile and so on..

Ugh this has me wishing for a folding iPhone. I’d love to have this, but Android just doesn’t thrill me like it used to and I just need something that consistently works between all of my devices without a lot of tinkering

I ordered one yesterday. Samsung offered 600$ for my flip 5g I got on ebay for $660 bringing the price down to 375$ so it was a no brainier

Those prices were changing all day yesterday. I traded my zflip 2 in only paid 190 for the 250gb Gary . Sometimes I would cheak in it would be 250-300 to upgrade so I jumped on the the 190 lol idk wh

At first I was irritated new phones haven’t been coming with fast chargers. Now I realize it’s probably a sustainability thing, it wouldn’t make sense to give them away when thousands of people already have one at home. I think it would be a waste. That’s my 2 cents 🙂 Awesome phone! I love my Galaxy Z Flip

I have the ZFlip 1 and for me I don’t think it’s worth the upgrade aside from the outer screen. The $1000 price tag is great since I’ve been paying around that price since the iPhone X came out. I think it also depends on the deals on trade the phone carrier offers to really make these phones main stream

I got a Moto Razr v3 flip phone in 2005-2006 and thought it was so cool at the time. Now flip phones are making a comeback, as smartflip phones. We have come full circle. 😆

Does anybody else cringe when he swings the flip open? Just a bit to violent for me. Especially for a $1000 phone. Can’t be good on the hinge or the screen over time. One solution would be for Samsung to install strong springs that would snap the flip open automatically once you pull it a tenth of the way or so.

I ordered the green flip 3 yesterday. I made the right choice. It’ll be nice to have a different color other than black this time around. Besides the phone itself just being perfect for a blue collar man like myself. I can’t wait.

I absolutely adore the look and idea of this phone…
BUT! I always have my ID/Bank cards etc in my phone case.
For the current price-point i dont want to sacrifice the convenience of that all-in-one-ness.
It’d have to be drastically cheaper for me to consider getting a separate wallet.
…Writing this it feels like such a small thing, it just comes down to convenience, really.
Either have a phone and wallet, or just have a combo of the two.
I’m a messy person. I always forget where i leave my stuff.
I appreciate having to only worry about 1 thing instead of AND my wallet AND my phone.

My lord. What. An an actual note. It’s about 350 dollars with my Z Flip 5G trade in for somewhat the same phone with IPX8? With no charger included. Hooray! Is it worth it…..maybe. Doing the whole phone change is still so annoying. If it was free, it still might not be worth it. I hope Samsung still has the 10% refund, of you plan to return it. 😉 120Hz? You could have covered more specs, instead of milking this into 3 videos. Full review and then living with the Z Flip 3. No annoying 5G on the name? Wow

Pre-ordered immediately! Along with the galaxy buds 2 and a wall charger. Would’ve preferred not to have needed to buy that separately, and also would have been nice to see 25w super fast charging supported on the flip3. Gotta say, I’m also bummed there were no wired headphones provided – Samsung wired headphones have always done me well.
But all in all, I’m excited for this one and the price drop was a big purchase decision factor

Every phone I’ve ever had has been Samsung except one – an LG Lotus. I loved that phone. This reminds me of the Lotus which makes it tempting to go for but the battery concerns me. Another review was not impressed with the battery or charging speed. If they had candy apple red I couldn’t say no.

Why, though?? I can see if you really wanted it to take up less room in your pocket or whatever, but why would you want to go back in time to having to flip your phone open everytime you wanted to use it? Or maybe if they made it so that the phone opened up to a huge screen that would be impractical for pockets or purses, but right now it’s a pretty average sized phone that has the needless feature of having to be flipped open to use.

You dont need to worry about the light or accidental dents from fingernails as the screen definitely has a small healing factor to it (polymers are elastic and tend to try to return to their initial shape), unless you’re really trying to damage the screen of the phone.

If I may make a production suggestion…wash your hair, get a hair cut, trim that awful beard thing, iron your shirt, eat more salads and park your car as far away from where ever you have to go as you can. Great video. Can a screen protector work on it? I wonder how it works with my current cell phone holder for navigation… do you think it’ll flip down on its own or be too wide for the current holders? How is the fit in a pocket? Looks bulky. 🤔

When I ordered mine the 25w charger was free as part of the deal. Got $550 for my S20+, free upgrade to 256gb storage (black only), $150 in free accessories (used for a leather skin $79). All w/tax for a tick under $500. Free 1st Samsung service w/one free screen replacement as well. This was through the Samsung’s website.
