Oh just stop!! I am tired of hearing people saying something about robots taking over!! EVERY SINGLE TIME!! GET OVER IT ALREADY!! the only reason robots will take over is because people will refuse to evolve and just keep crying about the damn terminators!! Y’know, the robots won’t shoot first. Humanity will cause it’s own demise with it immature and irrational fears. As per usual

@Arcane Cypher Yeah, the fear response is as old as history. When fire was discovered, When wheel was invented; When the printing press was invented; When ships switched from sail to steam; on and on.

I live in an old town. I still see hitching posts and watering troughs for horses. There’s an art gallery here that was once a fire station, back when the wagons were horse drawn.

In my office after college we used pencils, ink and paper to produce drawings. Years later we used computer aided drafting. Yes, it cost some jobs, but created others.

Innovation and invention will always come for good and bad. Often times it’s both, depending on how you look at it or how it personally hits you.

Older me will welcome having a robot help me with tasks I can no longer manage myself.

I love it. This how robots will learn. They will be like children new to the world around. We must teach them and treat them right. I truly believe they will be key to man’s salvation.

Well as I’m a sure that there is a niche out there where robots may be needed. But I’m also convinced that if there’s a will there’s a way… And if we would ever ask herself if we could do it, are we responsible enough to do it. All you have to do is just look back on years and years of Science Fiction to know where this is all going

  36. Darkguyver666

    December 20, 2021 at 12:15 am

Not only that but putting people out of work is not what the purpose of having robots around
