That reporter’s question underlines the reason Europe is always so far behind US when it comes to innovation. We here in Europe are so embroiled in our socialists values that we hinder so much inovative potential. Innovation on all fields, protection of property, deregulation and free flow of capital is the engine that brought the world to the highest life quality levels that humanity has ever seen. Those are the reason that our life expectancy its hitting 85 years old while no more then 150 years ago you would expect to live around 35 years in inimaginabile bad conditions and hardships for todays standards. The worst is watching how socialist values take hold of the young generation more and more and worst of all we see this unfolding in US with a vengeance also. Dark socialistic future seem to lay ahead of Western world in the next decades… So sad.
