..-FAANG stocks (Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, Microsoft) and Intel…
___Disney, Wells Fargo, Boeing, Walgreens for the recovery.
Warren buffet quotes: It’s far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price.

Overpaying for something is a crime? Since when? It’s bad money decision but don’t understand what law that is. News should actually report the laws when they don’t make sense.

This lawsuit is opportunistic intimidation of Elon Musk by unscrupulous fund managers that has no interest in the interest of all shareholders. If they still hold Tesla stock, they should ask all Tesla’s current stockholders if they agree to accept Solarcity as part of Tesla. Don’t leach Elon Musk and the Tesla Corporation. Union pension funds are working for their own interest not the true Tesla’s stockholders.

Tesla is not an ordinary car company, it’s a conglomerate of different technological entity. It’s like stupid shareholders telling the company not to do anything at all.
