The global authoritarian banning of psychedelics is rooted in anti indigenous and black racism, ableism, classism, capitalism and colonialism.

Psychologists and Psychiatrists who are in big-pharma’s pocket are the greatest danger to mental health.

Telling me that I have brain chemisty imbalance, take this, express grief and tremendous discomfort, “Your body just needs to get used to it.”Celexa gave me Spina Bifida body hallucination FOR SIX SOLID WEEKS.

1V-LSD the one time a year back gave me respite from false-accusation of psychosis unidentified schizo-affective racing thought.

That last one got me back on track>

If you believe I am suffering from racing thoughts, let’s do this. You escalate my case up the food chain to a someone who can keep up.

Living in what R. D. Laing called, “Schizophrenia is a natural hunman response to living in an insane society.”

I suffer from cPTSD, and it has been a nightmare for me. Living alone and isolated, I no longer socialise with people. The pandemic restrictions here in Australia most certainly didn’t help. It made my mental health issues worse.

I live in the hope that one day, this treatment will be available to people like me because I miss being more functional and active.

It’s very lonely living a very isolated lifestyle because people are often cruel to me because of their ignorance in not understanding what it’s like to live with cPTSD.

It’s heartbreaking because my adult daughters and my grandson miss out on having a relationship with me.

Thank you for sharing this Ted talk because it gives me hope.

I know how you feel. Without going into my own situation, the fact is there are likely millions of people like you and I that are suffering NOW.

Certainly the studies should continue, but we know enough about psilocybin that it needs to be decriminalized right now.

The findings of the studies can help shape therapy, but as it’s ongoing. Legalization and studies need to be in tandem.

Many of us cannot wait on years of trials.

I already have problems with my brain and the last thing I want or need is to be on mind altering drugs. A friend of mine had me try weed and I couldn’t think clearly. I was literally forgetting what I was talking about every ten seconds. Then I would have very short moments of clarity, and absolutely hated what I was feeling and going through!! It’s a hard pass on ANY drugs for me. Idc what strands of whatever people say will work, it’s a no from me. But good luck to everyone else. ✌️

About 5 years ago, I wrote a similar comment on a different one. I am glad to know that I was not alone in this. It felt like having amnesia while living in a super slo mo simulation. Totally fucked up my experience.

In total I have experienced this 5 times. I believe this is the highest level of high you will get on weed which is close to ego death. The only problem with weed is that when you are about to reach the ego death moment, the blissfulness fades away and all you are trying to be hypervigilance but can’t due to short term memory loss.
