    This is very fishy. Do not support this if you are of any education, do your research, believe me. This is a veiled ad, and is literally already done by cell companies if they want to, by triangulation and most phone apps have gos and wifi local scanning turned on, to give free apps permissions (like fecebok messenger, a horrendous app in reality)
