Some times this is a reason why women leaders are needed. They look at things differently than old school suited men who all think alike. Compare this to wall street firms who are requiring ALL employees to come back to NYC offices commuting 5 days a week. All employees do not meet clients(for ex technology) nor do sales face to face. Its absolutely nonsensical to treat all employees with same rule.
