Tbh this interview was crazy bad. Did the interviewer even do any research beforehand (“what changed?” ????), or let alone listen to Thibaud (saying that Back Market was 12 years old when he made it patently clear it started in 2014). Just a bit frustrating that these sorts of surface-level questions were being asked when there are many more interesting things to discuss such as opening Back Market to 3rd party refurbished, expansion strategy/approaches, etc.
