      they are not in the business of manufacturing and selling the “car” but rather they’re building a system that will provide mobility solutions using a vehicle prototype that is different from everything else on the market.

    don’t sugarcoat it. It was a fire sale, Zoox raised $1B and sold for $1B, do the math. Zoox never figured out their strength and may have never had one.
