Unfortunately AI is trained on the internet, and the internet is full of people that have no idea what they are talking about.

This is why it’s hard for me to believe in AI becoming hyper-intelligent..

Or who are deliberately lying, and/or trying to sell you something.

“Its smooth liquid spreads gently across the lining”

      They knew

The probiotics set up a little cafes on the stomach wall lining and serve exclusively alkaline water and 1/2 servings of gluten free deconstructed wishful thinking!

  7. @lost2see

you got to take it with something starchy like potatoes etc

  8. @kuchenz

“yeah, this is all just nonsense!” 🗣🗣🗣❗❗❗🔥🔥🔥🔥

sums this whole thing pretty much up.

…..because she is a biomedical scientist. Lol

  13. @horvathlaj54

    September 30, 2026 at 6:58 am

She just straight up ignores microplastics?!!! If the body could filter it out it wouldnt be so big of an issue. But apparently it is.

    • @DigitalSteel

      October 2, 2026 at 9:20 am

Its actually not established that microplastics are as overblown a problem as the media has pushed. It sounds terrible at the surface level, but much of the research on them didn’t test well and conflated the results with how much is actually accumulating in our bodies. On top of that it isn’t clear if it has any meaningful impact at all. Maybe they have some sort of negative effect, maybe it is helpful to try and eliminate the bulk sources. But it probably has significantly less impact than other things like just making sure you get a good nights sleep.

  14. @valentinkovshik

    September 30, 2026 at 7:24 pm

They apparently confused probiotics and yogurt. Nonsense anyway, but at least it’s a smooth liquid.

  15. @CEOCthulhu

Diet culture has gotten so out of control on the internet. My stepdad makes his own electrolyte drink mix. 😂😭 Society on the decline fr fr.

100%, nothing like watching people pay $30+ for a handful of 10 cent packets of salt and magnesium

  16. @Edgewalker89

    October 1, 2026 at 2:04 pm

I’d like to lightly coat her stomach wall.

  17. @Anbu-p3b3u

    October 1, 2026 at 4:00 pm

so kombucha and others are just bs

    • @DigitalSteel

      October 2, 2026 at 9:14 am

They have plausible health benefits, but the evidence is kind of weak. Kombucha, since made with tea, does have polyphenols and antioxidants which have some merit. Kefir and yogurt with live cultures are probably the strongest contender for something that may have benefit mainly because they contain a more diverse microbial community compared to a random “50 billion CFU, 20-strain” off the shelf product

  18. @Dominic_Tcg

    October 1, 2026 at 4:00 pm

so kombucha and others are just bs

    October 1, 2026 at 8:09 pm

i don’t know why, but something in me don’t want to believe in you 😂, it’s probably the Yakult. 😂

  20. @BlackTortoiseOfTheNorth

    October 1, 2026 at 8:41 pm

Well, that was a whole lot of nonsense!
