She annoys the sh*t out of me. _She waves off microplastic as if it does not negatively affect the quality of life in the long run._

Just eat out of glass anyway and use an air fryer instead of a microwave. Gonna ignore everything this lady said and do the opposite.

    • @Orochistorm

      September 30, 2026 at 1:13 pm

there is absolutely zero substantiated evidence that microplastics have any long term effect whatsoever. literally zero.

I use aluminum-free deodorant, but only because I find that the normal ones stain the underarms of my shirts, and the aluminum-free ones don’t

  12. @stygiansage2661

You just want to avoid breathing in heated aluminium, I saw what happened in the Sheep aluminum armor test.

Yes and it can be very damaging to the skin with enough concentration.

    • @vinniethescar

@supernova743 water can kill you as well

    • @Raz.C

  21. @uruguayny

What does she do if she wants cancer after 50?

  22. @palliaskamen5722

    October 2, 2026 at 6:35 pm

Who is she? She doesn’t know what the word carcinogen means?

    • @vinniethescar

      October 4, 2026 at 4:45 pm

If you used your listening skills you would hear her actually say what do carcinogens have to do with the bit of burnt pieces of meat. They aren’t ALL carcinogens, they may not even classify as so. HCAs and PAHs may not be carcinogens. Char and carbon are NOT carcinogens. But hey you got this right?

  23. @djmelow420

    October 2, 2026 at 8:19 pm

Umm, so no one’s gonna call out that they are using Disney’s Rapunzel? No, no one? Ok. Just checking

  24. @rc100usa

    October 3, 2026 at 10:16 am

She is usually factually correct but usually presents a skewed version of the truth.

  25. @Iconoclast-puppy

    October 3, 2026 at 5:21 pm

ejoy your corporate propoganda. she should be ashamed.

    • @vinniethescar

      October 4, 2026 at 4:40 pm

The truth burns you doesn’t it.

  26. @mawlakewlz

    October 4, 2026 at 1:09 pm

If you can turn on your radio or TV and get reception that means that time of radio waves are constantly streaming through your body 24/7, cell phones add very little to that.

  27. @Revilogo

    October 4, 2026 at 8:17 pm

While what she said may be true NOW, it’s also important to note that what she’s said is based on the science AT THE CURRENT moment, subject to the limitations of today’s technology and knowledge. As science and the technology of analysis advances, it could very well be true that the ingestion of carcinogens and plastic breakdowns is NOT a good idea. Just because the harm done seems “negligible” today, it doesn’t mean that there’s no long term consequences of buildup and accumulation over time. That’s not an argument against science but merely an exposition of the nature of science development. It’s how human lifespan has increased steadily as we gain more knowledge and understanding of what is harmful, what can kill us and how it happens.

  28. @timmehtimmeh576

    October 4, 2026 at 9:43 pm

Inflammation causes cancer. How many of these things cause inflammation?
The same woman should now discuss how cancer has become so prevalent.

  29. @holy_shiite

    October 5, 2026 at 3:42 am

    That jawline

  30. @kuso666

    October 5, 2026 at 4:22 am

It’s ridiculous how she waves off harmful behavior like using plastic containers for food and drinks, or eating charred meat. Like it’s not 100% linked to cancer, so it’s OK, and ignoring all the proven negative effects on the human body.

    • @Nse204

      October 5, 2026 at 4:40 am

Where did you get your biochemistry degree?

    • @kuso666

      October 5, 2026 at 1:06 pm

@Nse204 are you asking her or me? 😀

    • @Nse204

      October 5, 2026 at 1:12 pm

@kuso666 You, since you think she’s ridiculous.

    • @kuso666

      October 5, 2026 at 2:03 pm

@Nse204 Exactly! I expect she is great in her field, but this tunnel vision can cause more harm than good. Reducing a massive, complex issue like the health and environmental impacts of plastics down to a single metric (whether or not it directly causes cancer in human clinical trials) is just ridiculous

    • @Nse204

      October 5, 2026 at 2:31 pm

@kuso666 You have no relevant credentials yet rate your personal opinion more highly than a subject matter specialist.

    October 5, 2026 at 8:23 am

I wonder if she styles herself? I like her look. She seems the type that tells intelluctual jokes that makes you think and after a few seconds of processing it, you laugh. I’m in love 🙃😉❤

  34. @jayxz10

    October 5, 2026 at 9:07 am

  39. @KrishnaFist

What is the effect of these habits over the course of years?

Consistent poisoning of the body is never good.

  40. @chazzman8206

    October 7, 2026 at 12:42 pm

Because every one of these examples is downplayed for cancer risk, she sounds like a lobbyist for carcinogen-producing companies. Maybe mix in some true carcinogens so this doesn’t sound biased.

  41. @justenbenally522

    October 8, 2026 at 3:59 am

Dying before 50 is a win, not a loss. Every minute beyond that is just a progessive decline

  42. @thomasthyberg877

    October 8, 2026 at 8:50 am

Aluminum salts do actually accumulate on the inside of your clothes in the vicinity of your armpits 🙂

  43. @Raz.C

A light bulb emits more energetic radiation than a mobile phone!

  44. @garethwilkins6744

    October 12, 2026 at 3:41 am

A quote I read the other day sits with me.

“It takes a minute to lie, it takes an hour to debunk those lies.”

That’s the problem, misinformation is easy to let out, and some of our brightests minds are having to waste time to stop people believing them.

  45. @Nunicius

    October 15, 2026 at 4:00 am

Oddly enough, most answers were “well not in those amounts” without considering a lifetime of consumption

  46. @michaelconnally

But other than that, the video was good?
