    • @austinpearson1016

      August 24, 2024 at 11:11 am

There has already been an article and multiple videos saying that the Japanese government couldn’t care less because they have more important things to worry about than a video game

@Pilgrimetro  well it doesn’t seem like anyone else in Japan are trying to sue them other than that reenactment group who they apparently stole a flag from. But ubisoft already apologized for that and took it out of most if not all of the art books they were put in

Torii-gates are the gates placed at the border of mankind world and gods and god-helpers world. Do not use it as a fun item. Otherwise you must be cursed.

      August 25, 2024 at 10:24 am

Epcot’s Japan Pavilion has had a torii gate since 1982 yet nothing happened. Universal Studio Osaka used torii gates for their Halloween event in 2017 yet again no complaints. But for some reason Ubisoft has to be held to a higher standard.

Why no one talk about assassin creed infinity hub

  13. @Rickiye

    August 24, 2024 at 8:39 am

I like the idea of an African Samurai. The idea alone sounds so incongruous and scratches that part of your brain that makes you want to say, ‘What TF?! Fake!!’
There was, unbelievably, actually one such figure in Feudal Japan, his name was Yasuke, recorded as the first foreign born Samurai (member of warrior class).
Maybe the developers simultaneously felt the same incredulity and intrest therefore included his character for this reason.
Never played Assassin’s Creed, will check it out when it drops.
