Go to this video & do what he says @ 8:59. I’ve known 3 who have successfully kicked the habit recently, just by inhaling through the nose & exhaling through the mouth whenever stressed. Make the exhale twice as long as the inhale.

I took a picture of myself, rolling my eyes up as much as I possibly could, and I was surprised that nearly my entire iris was still visible… I had no idea that’s what I look like when I roll my eyes… It looks like somewhere between eye numbers one and two on his chart. Not surprising… I already know I’m not very hypnotizable. Lol…I’ll be verifying how true this actually is.

So it’s not about how far the eyes go it’s more or less if your eyes look like a zero You’re not willing to be hypnotized and if you’re not willing to be hypnotized you’re not willing to be suggested to do things and if you’re not open to suggestion then hypnotism is not real because it doesn’t exist only suggestion and also to be fair willing versus don’t believe in the possibility I’m going to pretend like they’re the same thing for this point but they are different very spiritual people people that believe in things they don’t see will almost always get hypnotized people that have a hard time believing things until they see them skeptics will have a hard time being hypnotized
