Wait, is this sketch comedy or news? I legit can’t tell.
Label says CNET, but feels like a SNL rippoff – discussing IP theft!?
I know _“fair and balanced”_ is a joke, but damn—you’re not even trying.

I liked Cnet when it wasn’t about one or two companies, of which get way to much coverage for very little innovation. ✌🏼

  21. @alexanderfazel

    July 17, 2026 at 5:31 pm

Steve Jobs was right about Google’s Android and Samsung stealing substantial Apple IP; at a critical foundational time, no less.
Now, Scam Altman and a hypnotized Jony Ive, presumably from having inhaled too much “aloominium”, will have to answer for what has transpired, since Ive recruited Tang Tan, one of the big Bandits at io Products. I hope Apple cleans OpenAI’s clock. Let’s not discuss the OpenAI whistleblower who died of “suicide”, when evidence points to otherwise.
    Well done Bridget.

It’s the same when Samsung stole the icon design from Apple, even after the lawsuit, they kept selling smartphones, so OpenAi is doing the same

Honestly, backdoor access and confidential parts at interviews? That’s not recruitment. It’s asset redistribution, and it shows how fragile these IP moats really are.

wait the “secret product” youre hinting at isnt even a phone, bloomberg said its a screenless speaker that moves around like some little home companion lol. also OpenAI hit back harder on the 14th saying theres no evidence the complaint has merit, not just that trade secrets line
