The Amazon Halo View is more affordable than most fitness trackers at $80. But you have to pay $4 per month after the first year to get most of its features. It’s a big improvement over its predecessor, which lacked a screen, but it still feels like Amazon is trying to figure out how to…

I bought a Fitbit Inspire 2 for my gf and she didn’t use it so I started using it instead of my Inspire HR. The Inspire 2 is trash and doesn’t start GPS monitored runs unless you allow the app to track your location 24/7. The HR allowed me to keep GPS off until I was going for a run. That’s the reason I’m probably going to buy something else asap.

Fitbit’s also impossible to view when you’re outside. How are they going to sell an Activity tracker so dim you can’t see the watch face outside? Whenever I go for a run I have to cup my hand around the watch to see if I’m selecting Run correctly.

I ordered this at the discounted price of less than $50. For that price tag and all that it includes, I’m perfectly fine with it. It will be great for the gym and work since I walk so much.
