This presentation is just steeped in degenerative AI-it’s a black box with no modularity and no way to upgrade it yourself (add more memory, a better processor, etc.). All those “vibe slop” users will be thrilled with this, since their brains have been completely rotted away by AI.
Compared to this, even Apple looks like the king of repairability and expandability.

This is such a hypocritical statement at 12:35 why would I need the extra thermal headroom for the 1%, if I get 99% percent on battery. Mind you, the tdp cant be more than 40 watts sustained otherwise battery life will be abbysmal!

They keep pushing ai features onto the customers 🤦🏾♂️ this would be like tvs still pushing 3d features to tvs even though consumers were not interested.. I have no trust in their or any other Ai agent.

At this point, a real selling point would be a way to delete Copilot altogether. If Microsoft would come out and announce that when setting up your new PC, you can choose wether you want Copilot or not.

At this point you don’t have add anything to make windows better. Just give us old windows 7 back with security patches and application support. It is miles better than windows now.
