Is she actually telling us to be happy that you’re at the local community college instead of getting accepted at Harvard or MIT? Get better TED talkers

@ElyManic A degree from Harvard or Berkeley or MIT and a degree from a community college is the difference between night and day

The ivies have a role. They educate the comfortable. The public’s have a different role. They produce an educated country. I’ll take the latter.

College is a waste of money. Employers aren’t even looking at your degree anymore unless its required like engineering.

If your not going to be the absolute authority on what ever you seek out to study why bother with college? I can find mediocre solutions and answers online.

What is your current occupation and salary? My MA was in Speech Pathology and I couldn’t have worked in the field without a Masters degree. It allowed me great flexibility and fantastic pay.

I’m pleased to have earned my AA from a community college and my BA and MA from a state university.

    Hey everyone!! 🌥️
I’m Azhari from Indonesia, my level English now is B1 and it’s going to B2.
I’ve been learning English since middle of 2022, but now I really want to get better English for my IELTS score. So I need to improve my English. I am looking for a speaking partner to practice with three or four times a week. I can meet via “zoom, WhatsApp and telegram. Would anyone like to practice with me and improve their English too?
