    Why?, if your old and on a fixed income, or young and starting off these are great options, I’d go the traditional tiny home route but these do fill needs and a lot of people are downsizing. So maybe to you a horrible idea, but to some a great idea for there situation!

    The Boxabl Casita homes are just $50K, but of course just like all of these type units… you still need to transport, site setup, installation on a foundation, and hook up to utilities for more cost.

    It has a lot of conveniences and while it is smaller than a standard house it’s much bigger than a “tiny house”. Even if it’s supposed to be a luxurious tiny house, this is a mobile or prefab cottage.
