Emily Chang, thanks a billion for setting the pace with this show in the form of Bloomberg West about 15 years ago. I have watched 95 percent of all the shows since all the way from my humble beginnings in Baltimore County, USA to Valencia, Spain. Caroline Hyde and Ed Ludlow, and the rest of the team, thanks for keeping the show alive.
