The most American application of AI is always “it can order food for you”

نعم بكل تاكيد ولكن ننظر ابل كار بلي

Wow, amazing. This definitely makes all the data centers worth the trillions being invested 😂

This is finally in car AI being usable

  5. @sergsky

    May 20, 2026 at 4:02 pm

Finally, I will have AI slop in my car! Not only that Maps will show me relevant ads and send the information about me to data brokers! This is what everyone was asking for!

      May 22, 2026 at 7:21 am

Not me! Not only do I not want it I can’t afford the car that’ll have it.

All quite useless things inside a car,

    • @SwankySasquatch66

      May 20, 2026 at 7:49 pm

I strongly disagree. The conversational features alone are worth the upgrade.

    May 20, 2026 at 7:02 pm

Gemini and Android being proactive and giving me a heads up to weather issues, traffic, road construction and speed reductions for work zones, localized events that can cause road detours, all in a conversational mode

so much for the city tour guide guy now

  9. @MultiplexityOD

Honestly I dont mind the Android Auto stuff. The YouTube thing is actually useful and I’ve noticed Gemini has already taken over the old AI and its voice recognition and response is better. With that said, I dont want AI to have any control of my car functions.

I really want an actual driving demo of the new Immersive Navigation…

    • @MarcusWarcus40

      May 21, 2026 at 5:15 am

Same. I saw them say something about lane guidance and how it zooms in when you’re about to switch lanes and shows which lane you’re in and which line you’re supposed to be in. I want to see that.

    • @funfactsandreviews9763

      May 21, 2026 at 6:05 am

@MarcusWarcus40 Just to inform you, mate, the feature showing you which lane you are in and which lane you need to be in, called Live Lane Guidance (or something like that, correct me if I’m wrong), will work only on cars that run Android Automotive (Google Built-in) on their screen and have a factory-fitted front facing camera, where Maps can access the video footage from it and determine which lane you’re on. The front facing camera is required as GPS is just not accurate enough to determine which specific lane you’re on.
Other than that, I am really excited for Immersive Navigation in general.

    • @MarcusWarcus40

      May 21, 2026 at 6:17 am

@funfactsandreviews9763i think i have a front facing camera in my ford, but it probably wont be supported so i might have to accept i wont get this feature. Still excited to see the updates. Wish we could have it so if you had a dock in the car, it would just use the back camera of the phone for lane guidance. That would be cool

Amazing love android auto Great review wish my tesla allowed it

  23. @118Columbus

    White Muslim? why?

  24. @zerker08

    May 22, 2026 at 6:19 am

why is that white lady hiding her hair

  25. @clanholmes

    May 22, 2026 at 6:33 am

Hey Google, can you make this vehicle affordable?

  26. @christianmbabazi9722

    May 22, 2026 at 7:16 pm

This only works for vehicles that have Android Auto built in to the car not as a tether app through your Android phone which kind of sucks
