I have a rirual to be able to get a good night sleep. Or at least a decent one. I have a very active brain that thinks too much and if I go to sleep without winding down I end up having nightmares where I am constantly solving problems that never get solved and wake me up every 10 minutes.

I have to first watch relaxing shows like How its Made or Golden Girls movies like Ratatoulli or every version of A Christmas Carol I have, non musicals. Then when I am relaxed and tired I put thunderstorms to sleep. I have a variety that include far away nightime city sounds, fire places or nightime ambiant insect noises. I can{t stand silence, the rain helps with that. And a fan.

I Watch Theodore Nottingham on YouTube at night, his videos feature nice backgrounds and calm music. He gives me spiritual rest and real spiritual awakening.

Until a weird and loud YouTube ad pops up and ruin the vibe lol, unless you’re subscribed to YouTube or using a blocker.

@@Gle-lv2fm no I don’t have premium but I only watch maybe half the video before I fall asleep he’s really that good. Remember to apply his teachings throughout your day.

Sometimes I put the Diablo Nightmare fuel video on, it also helps me waking up. Despite the name it’s quite relaxing skipping the start though.
