Where? With what logistics? You need to do more than planting alone. You need available space, suitable ground, suitable climate (not just temps, but humidity/rain), etc. Not easy, so yes it’s also harder if you go further north.

Pacific salmon is wild caught.
It’s Atlantic Salmon that are farmed. Coho Salmon can go either way and might be caught freshwater.
