    China became a 17 trillion Dollar economy and Manufacturing Superpower because of Offshoring Manufacturing policies of Bush Sr, Clinton, George W Bush and Barrack Obama.
    now the trade between countries is so interconnected that decoupling going to have major impact on world economy.
