Been thinking of trying a service plan. When I factor in the shopping time, gas and prep time…not to mention the amount of food I end up throwing away, the plans start to look more and more convenient and cost effective.

None. Most of these companies abuse and underpay the workers that package these, as well as these kits just being incredibly expensive, wasteful

The biggest issue I have with meal kits is the serving size and protein content. They feel more like a lunch than a dinner sized meal, unless your goal is to lose weight then these might be a good option.
