Be careful what ‘labels’ you put on those that you don’t understand and those that don’t understand themselves!

Right??? Kinda changes your outlook on the society and institutions we’re so used to … Realizing this has helped me see things more clearly without constantly having to ask myself what’s wrong with me.

Her book Quiet is a must read, even if you’re not an introvert. I’m the “poster child” of an extravert but it helped me so much to understand people I love, and particulary my girlfriend, who are introverts…

@@Warrior_Resisting_Colonialism I get what you’re saying, and the numbers she gives here seems pretty… suspect. Don’t know if it’s on purpose or an honnest error. But it doesn’t change the fact that reading her book helped me a lot to get why my gf was reacting so strongly to things that seemed so unimportant to me, to understand her fears…

As my high school teacher would say, “Define your terms. Don’t over-simplify.” How does the speaker define introverts and extroverts? Maybe people are a combination of traits. And where do people get their information when they make over-simplifying generalizations about 1,000’s of people?

That statistic sounds like BS to me. May as well say “We didn’t actually survey anyone BUT… Some or all or more than 1% but less than 100$ are”
Really? A third to half?
