My mind and body are so connected that I can feel things happening (going off inside) by just thinking about them. People Don’t even know how magical the female body is. I didn’t experience this until I turned 40.

Men can do this too. Has nothing to do with being female.

Oh brother! We need audio to turn us on?!!!? Who needs a partner, just use your imagination…just stop. It’s ok for your spouse to imagine he or she is making love to someone other than you?!?!? Sexual wellness…. 🤦‍♀️

Just keep an open mind that’s all… Don’t put yourself in a box. My mind and body are so connected all I have to do is think about being with my specific person and things are happening inside my body (going off). Our minds and bodies are powerful and nobody even knows how magical it can be. But women have to be tuned in and comfortable and allow themselves to feel what they’re feeling. And one thing I learned is you have to be relaxed. Can’t be stressed.

That is absolutely not what she said.
You can have imaginations regarding your partner.
You can share imaginations with your partner…

“Imagination is a safe space” is such a good quote from this speaker. It has implications in EVERY aspect of life. When life itself gets mundane, imagination is there to entertain. When life becomes hard to bear, imagination is relief and an escape! I like knowing that it can play so much into sexual activities too.

This was good to hear. I have been writing a spiritual/sensual/erotic adventure/journey of discovery for the past four years or so. It’s hard to finish because I keep getting new elements to add. This talk sparked a couple of ideas that I would like to include. I already have a lot about the roles of environment and senses (colors, textures, sounds, smells, temperature, tastes) and, indeed, some about fantasy. I think this has inspired me to add a little more about the importance of fantasy.
