Founders Fund partner Trae Stephens is also the co-founder and chairman of Anduril Industries, a company that’s taking a non-traditional approach to defense contracting to create more effective solutions to state actors using inexpensive, but effective, tactics.

In his discussion with TechCrunch Editor-in-Chief Connie Loizos, he also broke down how that fund differs from more traditional venture funds culturally and structurally, and how the state of the defense industry is shifting to more effectively tackle nations using inexpensive weapons and tactics to fuel a Cold War-like effort.
