why wait when you have samsung fold already? it is amazing, i dont think i am going back to ios again

I think we will be well into the Fold 3’s lifespan by the time Apple bring one out! I’m actually going to go out on a limb and say, I have a feeling they will actually announce one at the end of next year for release early 2023. Don’t know why, just do. But I think theirs will make the most sense (design wise) than most we’ve seen so far. I think it will be more like the Z fold and Motorola Razr than a fold out tablet, a flip phone, something the company has never done.

I have the Z fold 2 and trust me once you get your hands on foldable you’ll wonder way you used an old school smartphone to begin with

Ah some people are extremely biased and worship Apple. Without even touching the Fold2 they talk like it’s not extraordinary and nothing impressive.

      March 7, 2021 at 6:08 pm

@U G Official I agree some people just worship brands. I can’t do that, but with that said I hope apple does come out with a foldable it’ll make samsung innovative even more!!!

    • U G Official

      March 7, 2021 at 7:25 pm

@Jonathan Rosado exactly. I’m not against competition. But some people just don’t want to see one company’s accomplishments and don’t appreciate it just because of their favourite brand.

I had a fold 2 and went back to s21 ultra because it was too heavy and it sucks having to worry about damaging it constantly

CNET parent company Apple told them to make this video that’s irrelevant. who cares if they are working on a foldable phone. And the small little sneak diss at samsung, CNET……..it never fails. And you know who will enjoy samsung’s first free to market approach is the HISTORY BOOKS because they will go down in history as the 1st to make foldable phones. If apple foldable becomes big one day, well trends go up and down eventually but the first will always be recognized. and now they can get to it sooner because samsung made the technology so they do not have much to do now just come up with a design and that’s it they most likely will get the foldable display from samsung anyway

Folding phone may be too complicated for apples major demographic of seniors. The Jitterbug is their foldable phone of choice.

I dont know that if folderble right now is answer to mobiles. they are still very fregile and apple should not make one for now. If foldable tech is getting much more durable they should release better product

Apple be the first to patent ????????????????

I still haven’t understood why we need a foldable smart phone I’m fine having my phone and tablet separate

    • ResistanceofNWO

      March 8, 2021 at 12:00 am

I don’t understand the purpose of tablets, I prefer my iPhone device and big tv display sometimes

  15. Isaac Walker

    March 7, 2021 at 8:56 pm

You definitely need a cool phone. But, if you also have project to finish, you HAVE TO get a laptop. A tablet won’t help your project

  16. ComicsLegend

The question is why is it even being made?

  17. Oliver Relph-Evans

    March 7, 2021 at 9:46 pm

Since when did Apple become a trend-follower instead of a trend-maker? Steve Jobs wouldn’t have touched foldables with a ten foot bargepole. So sad ????

  18. Ted Saydalavong

    March 7, 2021 at 11:16 pm

I’ve been an iPhone user from the beginning but switched to Samsung Fold 2 last year because I’m bored with the current iPhone. Same design the last few years. I’ll switch back to an iPhone when they come out with a foldable or rollable version. I want it to be bigger when it’s unfolded than Samsung’s current foldable phone.

It’s safe to say when Apple does release the powerhouse foldable iPhone it’s gonna sell out regardless of the price. ????????

For me it needs to be as slim as possible , don’t weight more then an iPhone Max Pro (if it is possible) and add water resistance since Apple will be so late to the game.

  37. Mr2pint

    March 8, 2021 at 7:59 pm

When Apple do something they do it properly, unlike Samsung. The Samsung Galaxy fold is a disaster, Apple don’t do such foolish things, they wait until they’ve got the right recipe.

    • DEB Builder2004

      March 9, 2021 at 6:21 am

Oh, but Samsung already have the right recipe… its called the *Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2*

  38. Mr2pint
