I can tell you had to mentioned the Lenovo because your boss told you to, but at least you kept your integrity by reviewing it properly: can’t really recharge it while using it and the solar power can barely recoup any energy.
I would also add that you DON’T want to put any electronics for a long period of time under the sun heat.

      You’re right.

They could have made it a separable panel, that sits in a tent shape, so as to avoid heating the screen and face the sun. This size is only good for 10-20W at best. Solar panel with an e-ink or reflective LCD screen might be more efficient and can be used in the sun.

Being an Apple user hearing about these $300 phones. 😅

    • @BruceLeeRoy26

      March 7, 2025 at 2:08 pm

I mean really take a risk with those $300 phones. Using an iPhone (I use both Android and iPhone) I know my iPhone will last for about 4-5 years. With some cheap midrange Android phone, maybe a year before I get frustrated with how crappy the UI gets bogged down?

    no innovation nowadays

    • @BruceLeeRoy26

      March 7, 2025 at 6:28 pm

What do you want for “innovation”? Most of you guys scream “innovation” but can’t even list anything that would be useful

I liked the HMD with baked-in parental controls. When my children were young, I knew that both were tech savvy enough to get around any parental controls I attempted to use.
