It’s not for sale, so we can’t actually own it. Thank for the inclusive clickbait CNET

she literally said the car will be on sale this year at the very beginning of the video so how’s that clickbait? So, you CAN actually own this vehicle.

So order your tesla today and drive it home.

Or have it drive you home.

I think higher end luxury car owners dont want hundreds of strangers riding in their car. The promise of making money from your car while you are home doesn’t really work for a high five / low sic figure car.

And its sooo energy efficient !

It would be kind of cool for every wonderful for vision impaired and a disability community the only thing I don’t know it’ll work in a rural area because we do have some death spot in our area as it was satellite and seller that’ll be good

Think of tesla. When they hit dead spots they use the onboard AI ro drive. And its 85% reliable.

I’m blind, so I’m definitely interested in this kind of technology, but as far as I know most US states don’t allow you to drive with autonomous vehicles on the road. I guess I’m gonna have to wait for a little bit longer. 🤷

Experiencing AI and robotic fatigue right now

  8. @SlayerEddyTV

I dread to think the cost of replacing the lidar and other sensors on a car like that. Just replacing cameras is one thing but lidar…ouch my wallet.

  9. @SlayerEddyTV

    January 9, 2026 at 2:48 pm

It looks like a old cop car without the flashing rotating lights with all that stuff on the roof.

I don’t really see them making, with competion form Waymo, Zoox, Pony AI, Werne from Rimac;….

camera resolution is low af, it’s 2026 for crying out loud

  13. @fredmontgomery9436

    January 9, 2026 at 3:38 pm

What happens if it drives automatically and causes a crash. Is the owner responsible for the damages that happen next, or is the manufacturer on the hook since their computer was driving it?

    • @hoocom2506

      January 9, 2026 at 4:14 pm

Gotta be honest. Its ok to be cautious. But its also bad to fear technology. Its the reason it takes so long to advance.

Let’s see who gets to market with actual driver free hailing between this company and Tesla, my bet is this company because Musk is a scammer.

We have heard that before…. It’s sounds familiar.

  21. @AleshJancarik-k2f

    January 9, 2026 at 6:07 pm

There is zero chance this car will actually work. It’s laughable to think some would launch a self driving car without millions of miles of real world testing, and the ridiculous amount of sensors! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. LOL

  22. @inzee5317

    January 9, 2026 at 6:26 pm

Good luck in cold weather 😂

    Looks so ugly 👎💩

  24. @Alqptuzmw

    January 9, 2026 at 7:50 pm

Why only 100? Why not 200? I don’t trust any self driving car that doesn’t have at least 200 sensors, as a person who read thousands of news articles from experts over the years, I feel unsafe in a vehicle without at least 200 sensors.
