    My high school band teacher passed away earlier this year and it was devastating. Although I had already been playing an instrument for 4 years prior to high school, he was the one who really ignited that passion for music that still burns inside me to this day. A piece of music in his honor has been commissioned and will be played for the first time in December.

    Miss you everyday Jason. RIP my friend.

    My brother, Jason, died by suicide earlier this year & my mother, Linda, has latter stage FT dementia. Watching this video brought me to tears, not only because of its passion but because of its beauty. I did close my eyes & imagine as Steven suggested…& the tears flowed freely.
