Why don’t all companies develop a single find my network, instead of 100 isolated network. Make things easy to find not difficult

Why do companies think we want widgets again? If didn’t work back in early 2000s, why are they doing it again?

      What??

      October 5, 2023 at 7:14 pm

Widgets can and should be useful. They serve you information without needing to interact with the app.

Nice copy paste of IOS! 😅

They just gave up and copied IOS in its entirety. How can you keep a straight face when you so blatantly copy your competitor. Shame on you Samsung.

As much as Sammy wants to copy the look and feel of Apple products, don’t kid themselves. Their software stinks. The first thing to do on a Samsung device is to remove all the janky Samsung software and replace them with Google equivalents. The only thing Samsung is good at is Hardware which is the only thing they got over Apple.

I was hoping they would announce the release date for OneUI 6… Nothing really that exciting was shown. I am a bit surprised that Bixby is still around, and that it hasn’t yet been shut down.

      October 5, 2023 at 8:40 pm

Or if they could update Bixby to be able to do more stuff on the android phone like as it to mute or stuff like that, Bixby doesn’t have anything unique.

Give us the ability to change the icons for app folders. 3rd party launchers have been doing this for years, and Samsung still cant doesnt allow for individual icon changes???

Sorry, but why have dark mode such a prominent setting? How many people actually switch between light and dark mode so frequently that Samsung thought that was necessary?

I’m not impressed. At the moment the most impressive smartphone software I’ve seen is what’s on the Pixel Pro 8, but unfortunately Google doesn’t sell them in my country which is super frustrating!

I’m very disappointing on Samsung, I have a S20+ and I get the “Green line of death” in the middle of my screen, the worst part is that the only solution is to change the Screen that cost a lot.

that’s not just Samsung, every phone has that issue.

OPPO, Vivo, Realme, OnePlus, Nothing, Apple, Motorola.

Also it isn’t about Samsung AMOLED Displays, even motorola pOLED Displays manufactured by LG got that issue.

One ui 6 is not close to being ready. Lots of serious bugs that need to be addressed and samsung seems to be ignoring them. We are in beta 5 and devices are still unstable with random reboots, random shutdowns, random reboots to safe mode, touch malfunctions, lag throughout the software, heavy battery consumption, high ram usage, apps starting by themselves, camera quality is very bad with lots of noise especially at night and much much more.

Boring oneUI updates, google pixel 8 has brought so much in the table specially with photo and video. But All they did with OneUI was emoji change? Haha 😂

  49. Chris

    October 6, 2023 at 7:41 pm

This is so lame. Nobody wants two assistants, two apps stores, two calc aps, two messging aps, two phone aps, two mail aps, keyboards, backups, transfer aps, two camera aps, two gallery aps, two of… everything. 12gb mem and 4gig on idle with everything closed and all duplicate aps disabled. Samsung knows hardware, but software they don’t get and it’s always a buggy mess, just like Samsung Account.
