Unless you have 290MBPS speed most of this feature are useless for anyone with low internet speed

  That’s an exaggeration. The feature that would require the most bandwidth is video streaming, and even that you’d probably only need about 30Mbps if you want it at full size in really good quality. The hint video looked very low resolution and it’s unclear if it was being streamed. For other stuff like images, they’ll probably implement some kind of caching and maybe background requests to improve performance.
