The Find X3 looked repulsive. I reckon this looks decent honestly, more natural. Reminds me of a toilet seat lol

4 to chinese is unlucky number. So they change to 5 instead of 4

    Price ?

    • Jevon Sims

      February 24, 2022 at 12:18 pm

Around $800.00-$1,200.00 it’s in the same price range as Galaxy S22Ultra and Pixel 6Pro.

    • Beng OEY

      February 24, 2022 at 12:27 pm

@Jevon Sims Thanks. If it is the same price as iPhone 13 Pro Max or Galaxy S22 Ultra ( with better Telephoto plus a Stylus and longer software updates) then Oppo won’t be able to sell a lot.

I will be sticking with my Oppo Find X2 Pro as I love the 5x zoom on that, I use it way more than wide-angle. If this had had an equivalent or better zoom I would have considered upgrading.

  10. Steve Stephen

    February 24, 2022 at 11:53 am

    Is this a 24fps video?

  11. Hasanudin

why does the video so choppy

  12. AusDave

    February 24, 2022 at 11:57 am

Oppo X2 Pro was 5x optical, X3 Pro was 2x optical, X5 Pro is still 2x optical zoom.

Samsung S22 Ultra has a 10x optical zoom.

Majority don’t care, but I just wanted to point it out.

    • andyH_England

      February 24, 2022 at 12:14 pm

Yes, OPPO, Huawei and otherss have researched their community (consumers) and although some people love the 10X perisscope, many simply do not care. I have the S20U and have used the 10X a couple of times and would not buy a phone based on that. The problem, as Samsung found out, is that a 10X zoom means you have to have another zoom to get the 2X to 9X that most people use. I feel periscopes in the future will be 3X or 4X like the Pixel 6 Pro, the sensible solution.

I want smartphone with 50 x optical scumbag zoom ????

  13. lazyreuvin

    February 24, 2022 at 12:02 pm

I don’t care how good this phone is or how amazing the cameras are. Corner hole punch just ruins everything!!! The screen is the most important thing you’ll be looking at day in day out using it, why F it up with an off centre hole?…

    • andyH_England

      February 24, 2022 at 12:16 pm

…for most people a hole is a hole, left, right or middle. My preference is for left or right as for casual gamers the hole is covered by your fingers. I understand some people, like you, prefer symmetry and that is fair enough. It is a split decision and I feel neither is right or wrong, both are compromised until under-display cameras are ussable.

    • sglatitude

      February 24, 2022 at 4:39 pm

Well at least a hole punch is still better than the annoying iPhone big notch ????

Hi please could you advise me whether to go with this phone or the Samsung S22 ULTRA or any other good phone you would recommend. Many thanks ????

Buy Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. It is true flagship with amazing camera and a lot. And is your Privacy is Secure

    • sglatitude

      February 24, 2022 at 4:37 pm

Buy phone according to your budget and make you happy to waste (I mean spend) your hard earned money.

Great hardware like any other android flagship, but i just dont think it can match samsungs software and ecosystem prowess

    • andyH_England

      February 24, 2022 at 12:28 pm

In the UK it is rumoured to sell at £1049 for 256GB/12GB so over £200 cheaper than the same spec S22U. It also comes with a fast charger, case and screen protector, so saving another £100. I assume it will come with freebies as the S22U does. It is well priced and really competes with the S22+ as the S22U is in a price of its own, above all other flagship prices (even the iPhone 13 Pro Max). I love ColorOS so the software is as good as Samsung, though the ecosystem is better on Samsung, although OPPO are now doing watches and tablets, so not far behind, and cheaper.

  16. Jevon Sims

    February 24, 2022 at 12:23 pm

I really hope for OnePlus’ sake the 1+10Ultra ends up being a rebranded Find X5 Pro cause that 1+10Pro snapped like a twig.

They seem to be looking for a bigger chunk of the UK and European market. Must say I’m impressed. Love the clean and classy design. A great alternative to Samsung and Apple flagships

They need to stop with curved displays…

  24. sglatitude

    February 24, 2022 at 4:32 pm

This is how flagship phone packaging MUST be. Oppo has set the bar so high that put all other flagship phones (Apple, Samsung, Google) bite the dust. The 120hz phone, the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon, Ceramic back phone, 80 Watt charger, charging cable, and phone casing in the box give consumer a big smile from ear to ear ????

I hate when phone manufacturer charging premium price for their flagship phone but the packaging inside is total garbage. FFS ????
