    PURE DELUSIONAL..THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT IS URGING CHINESE COMPANIES NOT TO USE THE H20 CHIPS..THE CHINESE ARE PRODUCING THEIR OWN DOMESTIC CHIP.. CHINA IS NOT A DUMPING GROUND FOR INFERIOR CHIPS.
