Nothing in the market is better than the iPad and apple knows it. I just wish Apple would give us a bit more storage for every model and please cut the price for the Air, Mini, and the entry-level ipads.

My Ipad Air 4’s battery is dying. Only holds about a 3 hour charge with minimal use. I’m upgrading to a new Air regardless of feature/content/design. Price, however, is a factor for me. Super pumped for the new Airs.

Yeah, but having SSD starting at 64GB is a joke. Minimum is 512GB in 2024.

The pro models needs a macOS for the iPad Pro line up, instead of mirroring the macOS through continuity we can directly switch from macOS to iPad on the iPad, cos the optimization of the applications on the iPadOS is iPhone based apps and sits in the rectangular window in the middle of the iPad and that is annoying as heck.

A longer battery life a way to override some of the iOS liquid detection and other annoying little features.

Chatgpt create a picture of a person wearing glassess where each glass is a small ipad. This is the new ipad.

Just make the LTE iPad able to get SMS and making phone calls. The current Internet only implementation limits other usages of iPad such as being a secondary phone.

My 2nd generation IPad Pro still runs great. I put it right into an Otter Box the day I bought it and it still looks brand new. One thing you didn’t mention is the possibility of coming out with a larger than 12.9 IPad Pro. That would interest me. Otherwise I would probably update in a couple of years no matter what because I’m sure that a new model would have more capabilities than my 6 1/2 year old IPad Pro.

OLED iPad might get me to buy one. Haven’t got one since iPad 2. Still don’t need one but OLED is just fun to own. But I do admit iPad hasn’t been exciting for awhile and a Vision Pro is a lot more exciting technology. Just super expensive. It’s so hard to want to use an iPad because phones got so good. It’s only really needed for people that can’t handle a small screen or read well enough on a phone (also super useful for kids). I know there are other use cases but almost all daily uses for adults are great with an iPhone or MacBook Air. I could see myself loving a Vision Pro when the timing is right.

Perhaps the iPad becomes a kids device someday which I already think is happening in the tablet space.

macOS, the device is just too limited and constrained with iOS. The only thing it does well is media consumption

iPad Pro with round tripping for FCP iPad and FCP Mac, or the full version of FCP on the iPad Pro.

New iPad means, old Gen get no firmware update, they intended to make it slower to force you to get a new one.
