I feel sorry for anyone thinks the moon has dust in it. IT”S LIGHT. IT IS A LIGHT SOURCE. It’s not even in our sky. The same moon and sun light up all seven heavens at the same time.

I feel sorry for anyone who believes this insane idea you just presented here. I would say something about your general lack of intelligence, but you’ve done a great job at that already .. and hey, you’ve clearly got a vivid imagination—too bad it’s not backed by any actual facts or basic physics. The moon isn’t just some ethereal light floating in the sky; it’s a real celestial body that reflects sunlight, like, you know, how light works in reality. As for your ‘seven heavens’ theory, I’m assuming that’s a creative take on the universe, but I’ll leave that one for your next sci-fi novel. Keep shining in that alternate reality of yours, though, where logic doesn’t apply.

@ You can see it with your own eyes in the daylight. You can see the moon isn’t a solid material, it’s transparent. You can see the moon is half dark and half light and the sun is in front of it. Both are on top of us and earth isn’t blocking sunlight from no moon. The moon phases change daily by its own.
You have to listen to the creator describing how he created his creation.

Until we send rovers with legs that can also roll on wheels… true navigation will be extremely limited!
(not sure how the extra moving parts will hold up to the dust tho)

In the past, when Russian-US space race started, they were competing to invent a pen that would work in zero gravity. Millions were invested. Scientists were desperate: fountain pens with special inks were not working, and ball-point pens failed. Sophisticated mini pen-ink-pumps made the situation even worse.
In search for a solution, both countries held public campaigns. And in one of the kindergartens, where the problem was presented to kids, a girl (so I was told) asked: “Why cosmonauts/astronauts won’t use a pencil instead of a pen?”
Since then they use pencils in Space.
Why the story? These rovers are too complicated and prone to failures, as they are tested in Earth gravity. Moon gravity is 6 times less. And maybe shovels or wells would be just a better idea.

It is a myth.
Pencils’ tip can break off, which is a hazard.
Working in microgravity requires special equipment, especially in the harsh environment of the Moon, where the temperature swings from minus 200C, in the dark, to plus 200C, in the sun.

Does this make sense, have a digging machine with solar panels, in a dusty environment. Won’t be long before the panel are covered in dust. Just brilliant.
