I have owned many Surface devices. I ‘ve never had one where the charger “popped out by itself” so that seems like a spurious comment. You can also charge the laptop via the USB C port if that is your thing. It might also be helpful to note that the SSD is user removable, which isn’t too common among laptops.

I’m all about battery life and I have a feeling that this will just not cut it. Normal battery math is 50% of the manufacturers claims, so 9.5 hours of regular use, probably on battery saver. I can’t wait for Windows on ARM to catch up.

Dell xps 13 and 15 are far superior in both design and performance. Those bezzels are huge and the overall design hasn’t seen any major changes which is disappointing 😕
It’s a decent laptop but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
