  25. blacked mirror

    November 4, 2019 at 7:46 pm

So i hate to say this but you just are what you are. Its genetics, you can either run long distances or you can’t. If your at an unhealthy body mass sure, you will be able to get results but you can’t train your way to being a top marathoner without being born elite.

If she tapes her ears back, she can gain few seconds on the marathon

4:35 If you hate your Achilles tendon and were looking for a very quick way to tear them, do that “minimalist / barefoot running”.
It’s one of the dumbest and most harmful trend in sports.

When you’re exercising, your body prevents you doing things like urinating and defecating so you won’t usually feel as though you need to wee during a run

In South Africa, (not sure about the rest of the world), you are not allowed to do road races with headphones or earphones, so it’s best to do your practice runs without music to get used to it. I learnt this the hard way. When I got disqualified at the end of a race. 🤣😢
