Maybe for a new build luxury home it makes sense. Not for a retrofit.

The price is more ridiculous than Apple’s XDR display stand. Xd

It’s funny companies are starting to complicate easy things for the sake of design.

Yeah I’m sorry but that ceiling faucet is ugly.

I am a plumber… I would absolutely buy ceiling faucet and tub… But in my next house

Everything else I get, but $6,000 for a faucet? Yikes!

This video would have been better with more voice overs and less shots of the opinionated man waving his hands around.

such a pointless gimmick… and limiting.
if you need to replace your facet, you can’t just pick out whatever pretty thing catches your eye.

You don’t need to run a pipe into the ceiling in Europe. They are already there.

  13. Trevor Dennis

    January 6, 2022 at 6:37 pm

I find it ridiculous to add 3 or more months onto a mortgage to pay for a ceiling faucet. And in Canada, your water lines in the ceiling would probably freeze during our -30c days.

    • KajeKage

      January 6, 2022 at 8:19 pm

Why would you think the lines are more likely to freeze in the ceiling?

    • Trevor Dennis

      January 6, 2022 at 8:49 pm

@KajeKage Because a furnace doesn’t heat the attic. And the insulation is trying to keep all the heat below the ceiling drywall. With a couple weeks of -30, I’m pretty sure the temperature up there can get quite low. Now, a two-story house wouldn’t have a problem if you have rooms above the kitchen.

    • KajeKage

      January 6, 2022 at 8:57 pm

@Trevor Dennis you so realize that the pipe would be below the insulating right? I’ve run lines in the ceiling in upstate ny because it’s a lot easier than going through the floor when on the second story.

Next year they will introduce a toilet, tub, shower, washing machine, ice maker combo powered by mold spores and toe nail clippings. Mark my words.

We’re in the middle of trying to find a replacement hose for a a basic pull down sink faucet. A simple 59 inch hose that everybody has but they all come in different measurements and thread for. This would be a nightmare to repair.

  18. Tea With Danny

    January 6, 2022 at 7:44 pm

If you buy the overhead faucet, you then can just use your sink as a $6000 shower

  19. Raul Sarmiento

    January 6, 2022 at 8:03 pm

The only practical reason I can find is that you could use it from any side.

  20. A_Pearson

    January 6, 2022 at 9:01 pm

Something that could be cool is if you could get a skink bowl that can be covered with a plate of what ever material you want to increase table space

  21. Alessandro Filippi

    January 6, 2022 at 9:30 pm

6 grand for a faucet that costs maybe $100 to produce? They can sit on it.

Useless ceiling faucet. You insurance company will not cover it ????
