The big problem with weighted vests is back injuries.

$375 to make it feel like you have 20lbs on your torso feels like a lot of money to spend.

You already own a backpack, don’t you? Of course you do! A gallon of water weighs 8lbs. Go start with that. It, costs you about $3 to buy the water. I just saved you $372.

A back designed to transfer weight to your hips will be better, especially for more than 10-15lbs. If you have a backpack for backpacking … those do that. And it’s VERY easy to put 20lbs or even 50lbs in one of those … and then go hiking for 5-15 miles.

I’m sure the vest spreads the weight well. I’m sure it keeps the weight close to your body well. How many hours of work at your job is that worth to you? I’m sure it’s easier to wear this vest and do things like burpees than to have a gallon of water in a backpack and do burpees … but let’s be honest … virtually no one is doing burpees with 20 extra pounds.

My old weight vest was the body armor I was issued. Why would anyone pay hundreds when even dive belts are cheaper?

Use that wind screen that came with the microphone and you won’t have wind noise in your videos.
