Random, but I recognise that yarn. I made myself a scarf and hat (plus a matching hat for my daughter) out of it a few years ago, when I was on a knitting kick.

How do you recognise that specific yarn? Isn’t yarn just yarn?
I mean, obviously you can have different material, colour and thickness, but your claim is either really strange, or really impressive.

The craziest part to me isn’t just that he can do these so easily, but that he can out loud count the beats without screwing himself up. I can’t speak out polyrhythms that easily (the only ones I can do without getting screwed up are 2:3 and 3:4)

I was once in a clarinet lesson doing quintuplet scale exercises, but my notes were uneven, so my clarinet teacher asked me to put on my metronome and taught me 5:2 just for fun and for the sake of subdividing and playing more evenly. It was kinda out of left field when she started doing them, she said it was like a fun game during her commute to do them in her head and on the steering wheel
