Had the 13P. Would still today if I hadn’t picked the wrong size.
Battery and screen size drove me crazy over time. I got the 15PM. Not upgrading again for 4 years minimum

I’m a 15 pro max user from Malaysia, my phone started overheating on the third day of use, and randomly shut down on the fourth day. So I brought it to Apple authorised reseller (because Malaysia doesn’t have Apple Store) called Machines, they said they will need 7 working days to either fixed it, or send it back to Apple to get a replacement, citing motherboard issue.
In the meantime, they said there’s no interim phone to loan to me, so I’m got to spend another sum to buy an iPhone 11 (the cheapest iPhone they have in their inventory) from them.
I traded in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for this upgrade, in return now I’m using an iPhone 11 64GB.
Not having the best experience here =.=

The otter box case has a soft case . Silky, smooth it’s gets a little greasy but I’ve dropped my phone a couple times. I also have a tempered glass case … I like these upgrades more because apple care subscription is not an option for me .. I really don’t like paying subscriptions so getting extra armor on my phone was like $100 but I know that my phone will be okay for the most part unless I drop it from a very high place .. also it’s water resistant!

I switched from the s23 and I’m glad I switched but Apple users are deluded if they think it’s superior hardware or optimization

Using the 15 Pro Max since launch day, have to day the cameras are a very good upgrade compared to the 14 Pro Max I was using earlier. Action button is just another mute switch for me. USB C change is really great, however my only gripe is the battery life on the device. Some days it will last for around almost 2 days and some days it will drain bad and will need charging at night. Wishing that the battery life improves with new releases of iOS 17

Coming from a X it was definitely time for an upgrade. But I do miss certain elements of the old phone, like not having 3D Touch when I want to move a cursor.
For me, the 15 Pro Max ended up feeling too big. I value the smaller size every time I pick it up, whereas I would only occasionally benefit from the larger screen and 5x zoom.
I agree with you that Apple nailed it on how it feels in your hands, but I keep phones for so long that I’m not brave enough to use one without a case anymore. I have used Apple’s leather case exclusively for a long time and I truly miss it. I wanted to like fine woven but ultimately just didn’t care for how it feels in your hand, so the durability question took a bit of a backseat. I have a third-party leather case on pre-order and am using a $10 Amazon case in the meantime.
I’m loving the switch to USB-C – full stop. I was holding out for the change and boy am I pleased with that decision. The simple things often bring us the greatest pleasures.
Also loving MagSafe and Standby mode, but wishing that I could customize that experience a bit more to my liking. I do think that all future HomePods should just come with a MagSafe dock sticking out the top.
Wrapping up, I also find the software to be occasionally buggy, but I’m willing to tolerate it because I appreciate the integration of services. I didn’t even mention how massive the low light camera upgrade is for me (again, coming from the X), but the ease with which I can share these beautiful pictures and videos with my loved ones is great. To paraphrase the dude, the ecosystem really ties the room together.

Upgraded 12pro to 15pro really liked it but felt the FOMO on the 15pro max, so checked it out in store for about 30min holding testing everything one handed, pleasantly surprised with the titanium making 15pro max lighter and slightly narrower also having better weight distribution it was completely comfortable and sold me, so bought 15pro max on the spot and sent 15pro back for refund, no problems with either model

Had mine 15pm for two weeks
Battery is not where as good at 13 pm
Don’t feel a speed difference at all
Sending what’s app videos is painfully slow compared to android
Why on earth can’t we pause recording when taking a video !! Literally why it’s ridiculous

It sounds like the phone is not maintaining a constant charge connection. It usually dings only once when first plugged in or placed on a wireless charger. Try using a different charger or outlet to see if that resolves the issue. Apple’s official chargers are your best bet.

I think some people abuse their phones, then widely report issues after abusing them. I’ve never experienced any of these issues, with any of my iPhones, having the 15PM, 12PM, X, 6, and 5 all since launch day

Upgraded from 13pro to 15pro. Wish the 15 pro had the 5x. Both are pro, size shouldn’t be a form
factor. Some of us have smaller hands than others and shouldn’t miss out on any “pro” features apple has to offer.

I do just wanna say the iPhone 15 pros don’t BEND easier, they’re actually less likely to ever bend because how strong the titanium is. That’s actually what caused it to break so easy. The titanium was so strong and didn’t want to flex so all the tension went into the back. People acc need to watch the whole video where he actually explains this instead of watching a 15 second clip and assume it bends. Educate yourselves
