I would’ve freaked if you didn’t show the iPhone 14 mockups with iOS 16 running on it

This video would have been a lot better with the iPhone 14 mock-ups running iOS 16.

I hope Apple just gets rid of the buttons and just make the buttons for power and volume haptic control

Also, mixed reality – combination of augmented and virtual realities

Imagine if the Apple glasses can be compatible and sync with mobile games. It will bury console gaming and would be the best platform to bring in Metaverse.

mobile gaming and console gaming aren’t in the same space. How’s this now ‘burying’ console gaming

    • Harold V O

      June 3, 2022 at 12:39 am

@Tonbra Gbeworo console gaming is too bulky. Can’t even bring that to work and play your game during downtimes.

I was also hoping Apple would finally start their own phone/internet service, as in rumors from a few years back.

You’re saying if you wanted just a widget on one screen by itself you can’t do that you can do that you drag and hold all your apps and move them over to the second screen and leave the Vedrana on the home screen on the first screen

Apple needs to add multitasking and Always On display added to their iOS……..the same that Android has had on their phones for years!!

  14. Jeethendra Saran chilukuri

    June 2, 2022 at 7:37 pm

iPhones are too small for multitasking, that’s how apple designers think. to avoid clutter on small devices.

  15. Armando Monatti

    June 2, 2022 at 7:47 pm

Fact: You can turn passwordless by using a security key for your accounts. Some companies like Microsoft are already allowing this. Instead of a real key, the credentials are saved on the iPhone’s security chip and get synced with all your other devices. So you can stay passwordless without an extra sec key. You can also use Sign in with Apple, which is the same as Google/FB-login but way more secure. But remember that your accounts then get tied to your Apple ID and it doesn’t work as seamlessly on non-Apple devices. The best option for you is currently a password manager (e.g. Bitwarden) and Authy.

One of the things I’ve been seeing a lot is that people would like pro apps on the iPad. Whilst I think that would be fantastic, I just have one small issue with it. Double charging. I already paid $199 for Logic Pro and $299 for Final Cut Pro on my Mac. I would hate to have to pay those premiums again just so I can use a mobile oriented version of it on my iPad

This was a really interesting video for someone looking at buying an iPhone 13 mini. I have never owned an iPhone before and I was shocked at some of the shortcomings of iOS stated here. (Inability to use Google Maps as a default app, multitasking etc.) I’m going to hold off and see if any of these are resolved at WWDC ’22 before deciding whether to buy or not.

Thank you CNET for not being the problem on Apple products you actually tell the truth I respect it. Ipados and ios is trash muiltasking is non existent and slide over is utterly useless. That’s ll I really care about second no calculator. The Most Simple Of Computing Task I need to do these products are incapable of accommodating me, it’s ridiculous and I am infuriated over it.
