@nickcpv Lol, I don’t mind. I thought it was a good movie, so I never mind the comparison.

Either that or the first generation of Terminators. Hopefully its yours and not mine

      @derricknelson7987 I agree. I guess we’ll find out soon enough, lol 🤷

Asimov would be rolling on his grave. The 3 laws of robotics totally ignored.

These guys have created a robotic assassin. Shame on them

    • @More_Row

      January 4, 2026 at 12:47 pm

      Shame, indeed

    • @derricknelson7987

      January 4, 2026 at 1:58 pm

Its gotta do a little more than kick to be an assassin

    • @globalcitizen8321

      January 4, 2026 at 2:42 pm

@derricknelson7987 for a human perhaps, but this thing has the potential to break most of your bones with one single kick. Remember, is made of steel

    • @derricknelson7987

      January 4, 2026 at 2:57 pm

@globalcitizen8321i dont think we’re at death machine quite yet. But every time someone does something like this, we get a little closer

  6. @techraan2160

    January 3, 2026 at 10:06 pm

I think what we might all be forgetting here is, it’s frakking cool, which is by far the most important thing.

    • @More_Row

      January 4, 2026 at 12:46 pm

      Nah it aint cool

    • @derricknelson7987

      January 4, 2026 at 1:57 pm

It is cool, until that thing is chasing you down and beating you to death

    • @Pachinosin

      January 4, 2026 at 2:33 pm

So many books and movies and thesis’s detailing what the outcome will be and we still don’t listen. Smh

The T800 as in The Terminator

    • @derricknelson7987

      January 4, 2026 at 1:58 pm

Yeah I caught that as well. No idea why they would do that. They probably chose the name as a joke, but considering some people are worried about that, it s not the best idea

  8. @peterhong9676

This is only a stunt show 😅

  10. @lasarith2

    January 4, 2026 at 8:10 am

It would definitely wind you , probably on the strength of someone putting there foot on you and giving you a good push , probably on par with stubbing your toe or getting hit in the face .

    • @More_Row

      January 4, 2026 at 12:47 pm

Probably more painful cuz it’s all steel and plastic

Make it look like a T-800! Then I will be impressed. If I made a combat droid they would look like a real T-800.
At least the head and color.

CNET Magazine 1999 was the first tech magazine I read back at school, it was the one opened my eyes on computers & IT in general

Never thought one day CNET would test a robot kick strength as part of a review 😅

I have one word for you …. TERMINATOR…..

  16. @Madeintheshade65

It might come to this we may have to fight robots for the future of humanity you know Terminator type 💩

  17. @jimmi567321

    January 4, 2026 at 2:16 pm

I’m not doubting about a robot capability kicking, but you also know how they always inflatings their story.

  18. @derekv2101

    January 4, 2026 at 2:34 pm

    AI click bait
    From AI itself:
    About “EngineAI” specifically
    “EngineAI” is often:
A brand name slapped onto viral videos
A content farm label, not a robotics company
Used to imply “advanced AI robot” without proof
There is no major, credible robotics firm producing humanoids under that exact name with independently verified demos.

Are the independent or is it a remote controlled device

  20. @coder0xff

    January 4, 2026 at 4:10 pm

Have an independent news outlet do a video. Any video put out by the company is not trustworthy, no matter how many angles they do.
