    Wrist blood pressure monitors are very inaccurate. They change dramatically depending on arm position. Just use watch as the way it is and get a dedicated blood pressure monitor

    Omron also has a blood pressure watch like this. But as noted, any wrist monitor for blood pressure is pretty inaccurate. For those who can, just get a proper arm cuff. If you large arms, then get one of the models that lets you use larger cuffs.
