Actor and activist Jane Fonda discusses her frontline work fighting for climate action, including recent efforts to support climate-minded candidates running for office in the US and to break the fossil fuel industry’s stranglehold on the country’s government. Hear why she decided to bring her climate activism into the electoral arena after decades of marching, protesting and civil disobedience — and how anybody can join in and stand up for change. (This conversation, hosted by TEDWomen Editorial Director Pat Mitchell, was recorded on October 26, 2022.)

Don’t own a house. Don’t own a car. Don’t own a business. Don’t eat meat. Don’t have children. Quit the gym, physical strenght is not needed anymore. Eat the bugs. Get the vaccine. Take the meds. Work for a big company. Go home and consume Netflix. Rinse and repeat.

After all, you want to fix climate change… right?

Why don’t we stop the San Andreas fault too… we can’t. No tax will stop the tilting of the Earth causing climate change. All we can do is adapt…

Why are we listening to celebrities who are leading the way in our climate crisis with how much they exacerbate it with their 10,000sqft homes, private jets, well manicured lawns (in a drought)? No thanks

The emissions from methane release in the arctic have screwed us already. We can’t stop it. Slowing down now will only handicap our ability to address the effects.

It’s a different time of year. You need to set goals and take bold steps to achieve them. Remember that success does not happen overnight. You just have to stop procrastinate and try what you have always wanted, improve your life and well-being, investment property will take you to your dreams.

Blah blah blah, global warming, blah blah blah 7 years, blah blah blah, climate change, blah blah blah, Climate PAC. Move along, nothing new to hear from Ms. Fonda. Ms. Fonda spoke with people who were frozen to death in their own homes in TX (9:48), when the alterative energy sources miserably failed.

Jane Fonda- climate action expert and the left’s favorite commie. You know what my climate concern is? NOTHING. The world’s climate will forever be changing, no matter what mankind does. Climate change is all about the accumulation of power, control, wealth and the ability to redistribute.

Jane is pro-communist. She sided with communist North Vietnam against the anti-communist West. Watch her Actions, not her words. They use emotionally appealing, flowery language to draw you in when they intend the opposite. Its normal. This is how the Tavistock Institute mind control centre coach them.

In order for the Climate Change Conference not to lose its credibility and lose its reputation, the conference must be postponed to the next year.. because of the intransigence of the failed Egyptian government, which has so far continued its repressive violations, arrests and enforced disappearance of political and opposition activists.. In a part of the United States with more than 17,000 years of human history, cultural preservation advocate Tracie Revis is working to turn the Ocmulgee Mounds into Georgia’s first national park and preserve. This park would be co-managed by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, bringing the tribal voice back to an area they were forcibly removed from 200 years ago. Revis explores the complex feelings of caring for this land and shows how it’s fostering healing in return.

Hundreds of millions of migrant workers travel within their countries to seek out means of survival — often leaving behind all they know for months or even years. Many face poverty and exploitation, and they need a robust social safety net to protect them, says migrant advocate and 2023 Audacious Project grantee Ashif Shaikh. He shares how his grassroots organization Migrants Resilience Collaborative is making life-changing benefits like social security and health care accessible to those who need them while also amplifying migrant voices — paving the way towards a world that supports the workers actually building it. (This ambitious idea is a part of the Audacious Project, TED’s initiative to inspire and fund global change.)
