    The AI deal with will ask me what do I need help with? I will tell it the problem with my phone or that issue. I will answer their question it never gets it. Nothing to do with how I talk to the stupid thing. It doesn’t understand I need support I need technical support. I am having problem with my iPhone or anything like that. It doesn’t get it or my Internet is out it just doesn’t get it
